No. We commit to the agreed research, design, delivery, and experiments. Customer demand, retention, and market conditions determine outcomes. We use evidence to decide whether to continue, change direction, or stop.
Lyvena is a hands-on startup development studio. These are paid service engagements, not an offer of funding or an investment cohort. Equity or success-fee arrangements would require a separate agreement.
Ownership, source-code handover, documentation, and support are defined in your agreement. We can hand the work over or continue with a separately scoped product and growth partnership. Existing third-party licenses remain subject to their own terms.
We connect strategy, validation, design, engineering, launch, sales, and growth around a prioritized plan. Legal, accounting, and other specialist needs are separately scoped with qualified providers. A–Z support means a connected relationship, not unlimited work in one package.
