Seerist
Studio builds the work. Seerist runs everything around it.
Lyvena made Seerist for agencies and SaaS companies using freelance platforms and job sources as a channel. It discovers work, drafts proposals, assists delivery, builds documents, measures outcomes, and runs product growth through named AI employees. Lyvena delivers these same connected capabilities as managed services, with people controlling every consequential action.
Real files. Real runs. Visible proof.
Studio keeps the request, file changes, execution, preview, and review evidence in one durable workspace. Choose Prototype, Polished, or Production quality, then inspect exactly what changed before approving it.
01Understand
Routes the request as build, change, run, or explain.
02Build
Reads, searches, patches, creates, and checkpoints real project files.
03Verify
Runs allow-listed commands, builds, and tests in Cloudflare Sandbox.
04Review
Shows diffs, runtime evidence, and desktop, tablet, and mobile captures.
05Connect
Imports GitHub work and prepares isolated branches, draft PRs, and previews.
06Approve
Stops for human QA. Studio cannot approve or deliver its own work.
One operating loop, more than four screens
Every supporting capability feeds the same workspace context, controls, and measurable outcomes.
Discovery & intake
Ranked best matches, quick wins, high-value work, and SaaS product opportunities. Accept a recommendation into the queue, or capture from feeds, email, and the extension.
Analytics & learning
See pipeline, reply and win rates, fit-score bands, platforms, loss reasons, attribution, AI spend, cost per reply, and cost per win. Confirmed outcomes improve future drafting.
Document Builder
Build plans, audits, specifications, and other long-form deliverables section by section. Jobs continue in the background and remain available for review and copying.
Automation & tools
Run scheduled scans, follow-up nudges, delivery checks, employee work, PM reviews, Growth refreshes, and Studio recovery. Connect approved tools while keeping outbound actions gated.
Agency workspace
A services shop bidding as its core revenue model. Speed, fit, and win rate. No product to promote.
SaaS workspace
Freelance platforms as a growth channel. Every bid is designed to win the contract, drive a product signup, or at least put the product in front of someone who needed it.
Four engines, one product
Built together — not staged behind feature gates. Lyvena runs these engines as the services we offer.
A — Bid & Proposal Engine
Jobs arrive from public RSS, Atom, and JSON feeds, the Chrome extension on a page you are viewing, forwarded job-alert emails, and platform APIs where approved. Saved searches filter every source through one normalised job shape. AI scores fit against your ideal-client profile with a written reason, then drafts proposals, screening answers, and A/B variants grounded in your profile and prior outcomes. The extension fills the approved text. You click Submit.
B — Delivery Engine & Studio
A won contract becomes a dependency-aware task DAG behind a mandatory human QA gate. Studio is a preview-first cloud engineering agent: it reads and edits real project files, runs allow-listed commands in an isolated sandbox, tests the result, captures desktop, tablet, and mobile evidence, and supports GitHub draft PRs and preview deployments. We use Neon, Cloudflare, or the client’s specified stack. Nothing is delivered until every task is approved and a person records the handoff.
C — Growth Engine
For SaaS workspaces, Seerist ingests product positioning, reconstructs the live design system, audits technical SEO, drafts pages and ad creative, and attributes signups from bids, campaigns, and the site. Recommendations show the evidence behind them. Visitor intent is consent-gated and first-party only. Reusable playbooks and deploy-triggered docs keep growth work moving, but nothing is auto-published or pushed to ad networks.
D — AI Employees
Day to day you talk to a roster, not a button. Seven built-in roles plus anyone you hire, each a threaded conversation over one reasoning layer, a step cap, an approval gate, and a full audit trail. A hired employee is a name, a face, and a toolkit over one of those seven roles — naming someone “The CEO” grants nothing extra.
How jobs come in
Four intake paths. One filter engine. A rule means the same thing on a marketplace, a job board, and a careers page.
Public feeds
Scheduled RSS, Atom, and JSON polling. No login and no scraping of authenticated pages.
Chrome extension
Capture the job page you are already viewing. Autofill an approved draft. You click Submit.
Email alerts
Forward the job emails the platform already sends. Same pipeline as everything else.
Platform APIs
Code-complete per platform. Fail closed until that marketplace’s developer access is approved.
Studio
Three ways to talk to Studio
You say what you want. Studio decides whether that was a change, a command, or a question — and only then acts. Most messages are routed without a model call at all.
edit / build
Reads, searches, patches, and writes real project files with changed-file evidence.
run
Runs allow-listed commands, builds, and tests in an isolated Cloudflare Sandbox.
explain
Answers and writes nothing, in a branch that cannot write.
Your AI workforce
Seven built-in roles. Hire more over those roles. Talk to them. Every turn is audited.
The Scout
Captures jobs and scores fit across connected platforms.
The Drafter
Writes proposals and applies per-platform product-mention policy.
The Builder
Turns won contracts into delivered work in Studio and the task DAG.
The Closer
Drafts post-win client comms and scheduling. Does not send unless you do.
The Grower
Site, ads, visitor intent, and bid→signup attribution — SaaS workspaces.
The PM
Reads a coded evidence pack. Writes a roadmap only when there is enough signal. Has no authority.
The CEO
Org-level orchestration. Money, contracts, deletion, and outbound comms wait in an approval queue.
Not settings. Not v1 limits.
These hold in code and in tests. They are why Lyvena can offer these services without gambling your marketplace accounts.
You click Submit
Nothing is ever submitted to a freelance platform by Seerist. The extension fills the platform’s own field. A scripted click on your session is what gets accounts permanently banned — so there is no such click in the product.
The CEO cannot spend or bind you
Money, contracts, deletion, and outbound communication wait for a person. An unrecognised action class falls into the gate, never through it. There is an org-level kill switch.
Growth stays a draft
Pages, ad creative, and deploy-sync copy land as drafts. “Published” only records that a human shipped it elsewhere.
Visitor intent is first-party
No identity graph, no IP-to-company lookup. Tracking stays off until a jurisdiction and a live privacy-policy URL are set. Denied consent is never stored.
Start in Studio — or have Lyvena run the complete loop.
Open Seerist Studio yourself, or work with the team that built it to deliver the project and operate everything around it.
